Tony 3Crows (Isanti Sioux Nation/Northern Ponca) is a Sun Dance leader and descendant of Chief Standing Bear. An artist and teacher, Tony creates Native crafts and personal spirit and medicine bags that hold space for connection, remembrance, and honoring the loved ones and spirits who continue to walk beside us. His teachings draw from the Medicine Wheel and Indigenous perspectives on identity, responsibility, mentorship, and our relationship with Mother Earth.

Autumn’s Apothecary: Wild Plants Under Foot
Dr. Bobi Farrow is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist with Full Scale Wellness. Her work brings together natural medicine, traditional healing practices, and a deep curiosity about the plants growing all around us. Through approachable education and hands-on exploration, Bobi helps people recognize the everyday landscape as a source of knowledge, connection, and possibility. At Cottonwood Convergence, she invites participants to slow down, look closely, and discover the useful and medicinal plants growing beneath their feet.
