Cottonwood Convergence is an outdoor event held along natural terrain. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in an outdoor event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, natural obstacles, weather conditions, mud, insects, wildlife, plant‑based allergens, slips, trips, falls, and other environmental conditions.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in Cottonwood Convergence.
Release of Liability
By attending this event, you release and hold harmless Cottonwood Convergence, its organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, property owners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, damages, losses, or expenses arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained while participating in or attending the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cottonwood Convergence, its organizers, volunteers, partners, property owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your own actions, conduct, or participation at the event.
Third‑Party Vendors & Presenters
Cottonwood Convergence hosts independent vendors, workshop facilitators, performers, and presenters. Products, services, demonstrations, and advice offered by these participants are their own. Cottonwood Convergence is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or outcomes of any products purchased, consumed, or advice received during the event.
Personal Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, hydration, sun protection, appropriate footwear, and personal belongings. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
Medical Care
You acknowledge that event organizers are not responsible for providing medical care. In the event of an emergency, you authorize event staff to seek medical assistance on your behalf if necessary, at your own expense.
Code of Conduct
Cottonwood Convergence reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit and integrity of the event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Photography & Media Release
Photography and video recording will take place during the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending Cottonwood Convergence, you acknowledge and consent that your image, likeness, and voice may be captured and used for future promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes by Cottonwood Convergence without compensation.
If you have an explicit desire not to have your image captured or used, please notify event staff in advance by emailing thecottonwoodconverge
Rain or Shine Policy
Cottonwood Convergence is a rain‑or‑shine event. All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable.
Force Majeure
Event organizers are not liable for delay, interruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, governmental orders, or other unforeseen conditions.
Minors
Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the supervision, conduct, and safety of any minors attending the event.
